We cannot guarantee all the content of the booking sites is accurate or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any interruptions or errors in our website. Our website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level or rating of any hotel accommodation made available.
It is not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, duplicate, extract, publish, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services, available in our website for any commercial or competitive activity.
2. Prices
The prices displayed on our website are highly competitive. All the prices on bed-andbreakfast.org and room-booking.org website are valid per room and for your entire stay and include the value added tax (VAT) and visitor’s tax, and have to be paid at the reserved hotel. Sometimes cheaper rates are available at our website for specific stays at a hotel.
These rates are established by the hotels and are subject to the possibility of special conditions. 4. Free of charge booking
You will not pay any additional fees for your booking. Unlike many other suppliers we will not charge for our service and you do not have to pay any reservation fee in addition to the room rate. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay for your stay directly at the hotel.
5. Credit card
Your credit card information will be sent directly to the reserved hotel, to guarantee your reservation. We may verify (pre-authorize) your credit card. In order to safeguard and encrypt your credit card information, we use the “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) technology.
For certain rates and special offers, please note that your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged, sometimes without any option of refund, upon reservation and confirmation of the booking. Please verify all booking information before you make your reservation.
A reimbursement only applies to credit card reservations made using the bed-andbreakfast.org and room-booking.org secure server and the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through our fault or no fault of your own while using the secure server.
6. Cancellations
By making the reservation of an accommodation you accept and agree with the hotel terms and conditions concerning the cancellations or no-shows and to any additional special hotel policies. That may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and products offered by the hotel.
The general terms and conditions policies regarding cancellations and no-shows will be displayed on the information site of the reserved hotel. Other than the e-mail confirmation and the invitation to fill out and complete the guest review form, there will be no further correspondence on our side.
8. Disclaimer
The intermediary will not be liable in the event of a partial or complete failure of the intermediary website, and/or the resulting damage of the affiliated hotel database, except for premeditation or an act of gross negligence.
9. Other assets
Unless otherwise specified, we retain the software available used for our service or website and the intellectual property rights including the copyrights of contents and exertions. They are property of bed-andbreakfast.org and room-booking.org and their partners or suppliers.
These general terms and conditions and the supply of services will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Swiss laws. Any business dispute related to this agreement and our services are only consented to the exclusive jurisdiction in court located in the city of Basel, Switzerland.
